Portland, Oregon - 10/27/2003 - PNGC Power, a Portland-based wholesale electric power cooperative, has hired William Lehnebach as controller. In this role, Lehnebach manages PNGC Power's accounting and reporting functions.

"Bill's a valuable addition to our management team," said president and CEO Patrick Reiten. "He brings years of diversified financial management experience and a fresh perspective that will help us continue providing innovative solutions to our members and their customers."

Lehnebach most recently was chief financial officer for Dryer & Sons Electrical, Inc. Prior to that he spent 17 years with Portland General Corporation as commercial businesses and wholesale power marketing subsidiary controller among other responsibilities. A graduate of Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, Illinois, Lehnebach holds a masters degree in business administration.
