Growth Spurs Key New Hires at PNGC Power
Portland, Oregon – May 14, 2025 – Pacific Northwest Generating Cooperative (PNGC Power), the region’s only operational generation and transmission (G&T) cooperative, is undergoing significant growth and expanding its expertise to support its leading role in the Northwest.
“This is an unprecedented time in PNGC’s history,” said Jessica Matlock, President and CEO of PNGC Power. “We’ve grown to 25 member cooperatives across the Northwest and are actively shaping our own energy future. With that growth comes the need for top-tier talent—and we’re proud to continue adding exceptional professionals to our team.”
Among the newest additions are Olga Rudnitsky, who joins PNGC Power as Controller, and Laura Raypush Dombrowsky, the new Manager of Power and Transmission Contracts.
Rudnitsky most recently acted as Director of Finance and Operations for Saturday Academy in Portland, Oregon, and brings a strong background of over 20 years in financial leadership, including expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and change management. Raypush Dombrowsky was most recently with the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) and brings more than 20 years of experience in the electric industry, with particular depth of knowledge in transmission issues.
“As a G&T, our staff is one of our greatest strengths,” said Matlock. “Olga and Laura bring a wealth of experience that strengthens our team and positions us to better serve our members as we navigate the future of energy together.”
PNGC Power is the largest power customer of BPA, serving over 431,000 meters across seven western states.
