Ravalli Electric Cooperative has announced that Kendall Hankins has been selected as the cooperative’s next General Manager/CEO. Hankins will assume the role on April 27, 2026, following the retirement of current General Manager/CEO Mark Grotbo.
Hankins brings extensive leadership experience and a strong background in the electric cooperative industry. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Member Services at Southeastern Indiana REMC, where he played a key role in overseeing member operations, strategic planning, and broadband deployment and infrastructure initiatives that support rural communities.
The Ravalli Electric Cooperative Board of Directors conducted a nationwide search before selecting Hankins to lead the cooperative.
